When placing an order, please

1. Indicate the complete billing and shipping address and phone number.
2. State the catalog number, quantity, name of the plant and price (Prices are subject to change without notice).
3. Method of payment, check, credit card etc
4. Method of shipment (Next day US Postal Service, Federal Express, UPS etc.)

Shipping Policy

In general, all order will be shipped by next day US Postal Service and the cost of shipment will be charged to the customer. We will notify you with the date of shipment.

Payment Term

1. For new customers, payment must accompany the order (check payable to Natt's Orchids or credit card, we accept Visa and Master Card).
2. For our regular customer, net thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice. Accounts thirty (30) days or more past due are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month

Return of Merchandise Policy

1. Satisfaction guaranteed. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the plants plaese notified us immediately (within 48 hr).
2. All returns must be made within three (3) days of receipt of the order, buyer will pay for all the shipping.
